

Serve wheat beer by pouring 1/3 of the bottle's contents along the inside surface of a tilted glass. Gently turn the bottle so that the beer's natural dregs are mixed evenly into the beer. Pour the rest of the beer into the glass, now held straight up, to form a beautiful head of foam on the surface of the beer.
If you want to enjoy the wheat beer's tangy acidity to the last drop, you can pour the beer into a glass so carefully that the natural dregs remain at the bottom of the bottle. Pour the dregs into a snaps glass and taste it separately. Recommended only for those used to wheat beers!
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, yeast.
Best before: glass bottle 18 months, keg 7 months.
Serving temperature: 4-7° C.
