

Fruity aromas resulting from the top fermentation process and a nuance of chocolate characterise this naturally cloudy unfiltered beer. The dark malt used in the production imparts a full-bodied sweetness that complements the wheat's tartness. The two grain varieties, barley and wheat, give a nuanced and full flavour with traces of bananas and phenols. Owing to their thick and fluffy heads, wheat beers are served in high glasses.
