Nikolai Vaalea (Light) Lager's high original gravity makes it an exceptionally full-bodied beer. It is stronger and slightly sweeter than typical Finnish lagers. Nikolai has a dense foam and its colour is the shade of mahogany.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, starch, hops.
Best before: can 12 months.
Serving temperature: 5-7° C.
Goes well with: seafood dishes, fried foods, sausages, salty pies, stews, traditional foods.
