Teemu Aura and Tommi Tuominen are in charge of two top restaurants in Helsinki, Demo and Grotesk. Both restaurants operate under two key factors: quality and service.
"Combining food and drink is one of the most challenging things in running a restaurant. Naturally we aim to find perfect drinks for all our menus. Our menus are often rich and ample. In beer we find the same qualities". Teemu says.
In 2007 Restaurant Demo was given the internationally valued Michelin Star.
