Karhupanimo Microbrewery
Sinebrychoff and SK Ravintolat created a microbrewery and a restaurant in Pori
The restaurant is operated by SK Ravintolat, a company owned by restaurateur Sedu Koskinen.

The microbrewery produces two lagers of its own, named Mustakarhu and Kirjurin vaalea. Mustakarhu is a tasty, darkish beer, whereas Kirjurin vaalea is fruity, fresh and almost crystal clear. Additionally Karhupanimo brews seasonal beers, for example for Christmas and summer.
For Sinebrychoff's brewmaster Heikki Vuokko, brewing is handwork. He is also responsible for the recipes of the beers produced in the microbrewery. "In Karhupanimo, one batch of beer is 900 - 1,000 litres and in one week I brew two or three batches. Small quantities of beer create the opportunity to listen to customers and use feedback to adjust the beer quality quickly and create new products as needed - even batch-specifically", says Vuokko.
Beers brewed at Karhupanimo are draught beers and can be obtained only in the brewery premises. The beers will also be available in Helsinki's Schönes Fräulein restaurant in Simonkatu.
